Why Google reviews may not appear instantly
Typically, Google reviews take between 1 to 3 business days to be verified and published. However, in some cases, Google may place reviews under manual moderation to ensure they comply with their content and community guidelines. This is part of Google's standard review process and is designed to protect businesses and users from spam or inappropriate content. Because of this, it's not unusual for reviews to take slightly longer to appear.
To monitor the status of your reviews, we recommend checking your Google Business Profile dashboard (formerly known as Google My Business). You'll be able to see which reviews are live, which are pending, and whether any have been flagged or removed.
If your review still hasn't appeared after several days, or if you suspect it was removed or filtered without explanation, we suggest contacting Google Support directly. They can provide insight into the status of the review and let you know if any action is needed on your end.
